Congratulations to the Overseas Community Affairs Council’s 188th Cohort substitute serviceman Chen Cian-Hao, who was sent to Tokyo Chinese School, and serviceman Tai Shun-Chen, who was sent to Osaka Chinese School, for successfully completing their service terms in February. Both of them have the Teacher’s Certificate and performed excellently during their terms at overseas compatriot schools, using their expertise to diligently teach, supporting Mandarin education and assisting the school affairs.
On completing their terms and coming back to Taiwan, the servicemen returned to the OCAC to complete the relevant discharge procedures, and to share their reflections on teaching in Japan and thanks the OCAC for giving them this rare opportunity to teach at overseas compatriot schools. They hope that in the future, should the opportunity arise, they can teach at overseas compatriot schools again.
