United Kingdom Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce and United Kingdom Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce Junior Chapter (UKTCC and UKTCC-JC) held their 2018 Christmas dinner at the well-known Polish restaurant Lowiczanka in West London on December 14. Taiwan’s representative to the UK and leading figures from the overseas community were in attendance; the grand event also saw enthusiastic participation by members of the UKTCC-JC and quite a few Taiwanese students who study in the UK joined in the fun, with 100 people filling the venue. 
Craig Kao, a London Blue Badge Tourist Guide who is highly knowledgeable about the city’s major attractions, art and cultural relics and who runs the popular Craig’s Tour UK Facebook page, shared interesting London anecdotes with everyone. No matter if we know London like the back of their hand or are new to the city, Craig can add color to our life in London and let us see it in a new light.
The renowned restaurant, specially selected by UKTCC, served up 12 fine dishes symbolizing the 12 disciples of Jesus, allowing everyone to learn new things while enjoying delicious food. With a lucky draw held during the dinner that had around 50 prizes up for grabs and a gift for everyone even if they didn’t win a prize, an unforgettable fun night was had by all!
