The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) hosted “2017 Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) training program” throughout eight cities in North America (San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C., Houston and Vancouver) with a variety of intriguing courses and community service opportunities.

This program aims to provide the overseas compatriot youth with an insight into the essence of Taiwanese culture, leadership training and a platform for the second generation youth to bond together and to be involved with the local Taiwanese communities; most importantly, they are expected to represent the cultural ambassadors of Taiwanese Americans and Taiwanese Canadians in the near future.
