OCAC Counselor Shu-Ching Chen (left 8), President of the Taiwan Alumni Association of Sabah Frankie Fong Fui Min (left 7), together with attending guests, kicked off the "2017 Mandarin Night and 52nd Anniversary Celebration" of the Taiwan Alumni Association of Sabah.
On November 18, Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) Counselor Shu-Ching Chen attended the "2017 Mandarin Night and 52nd Anniversary Celebration" hosted by the Taiwan Alumni Association of Sabah. Around 500 guests participated in the event.
Frankie Fong Fui Min, President of the Taiwan Alumni Association of Sabah, first extended a warm welcome to all the guests. OCAC Counselor Chen expressed that the Taiwan Alumni Association of Sabah has been established for 52 years thus far, and its members have created remarkable achievements in various fields in Malaysia. This is the pride of Sabah overseas compatriot students in Taiwan, and moreover, is the honor of our Malaysian compatriot students in Taiwan. She hopes that in the future, everyone will continue to support policies involving overseas compatriot students, and encourage compatriot youth to come to Taiwan for further studies and development.
