On October 7, the FASCA Portland Chapter lauched a series of shadow puppetry production and operation courses. The course introduced the origin and history of shadow puppetry, and let the participants make shadow puppets and props. In the next few courses, they will also write stories, adapt scripts into English, and finally let the participants perform in practice.

The members were very excited and produced exquisite puppet products. They all expressed that they would be very willing to perform for charity after the series of courses to promote Taiwanese culture.
