The Council of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce Europe Junior Chapter hosted a reelection for its provisional General Assembly
The Council of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce Europe Junior Chapter released an official statement, urging WHO to invite Taiwan to join the WHA.
Taipei Representative office in the Netherlands said that on May 13, the Council of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce Europe Junior Chapter hosted a reelection for its provisional General Assembly, and during the meeting, an extempore motion was made to support Taiwan's participation in WHA. The Office urged WHO to honor the spirit and goals of its establishment, and act accordingly to support Taiwan's bid.
Taipei Representative office in the Netherlands noted that Taiwan did not receive an invitation to attend the 2017 World Health Assembly, and many concerned members of the international community and overseas compatriot organizations expressed support. The statement by The Council of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce Europe Junior Chapter showed that these new-generation Taiwanese expats are emerging as Taiwan's strongest backing.
