The closing ceremony of the "2018 OCAC Training Program for Mandarin Teachers from Thailand" was held on April 20th . There were 39 teachers participating in and expressing their gratitude to the OCAC.
From April 9th to April 22nd, the program included 94 hours Mandarin teaching, folk culture courses and field trips to strengthen the teachers’ teaching skills and knowledge. Over 14 days, the teachers were all impressed by the enriched curriculum and Taiwanese hospitality.
Their hardworking attitude was highly recognized by Yu-O Jung, the Director-General of the Department of Education Affairs of the OCAC. She encouraged the teachers to share what they have learned after returning to their hometown.
In addition, the representative teacher Ms. Chuang proclaimed "Thanks OCAC and CYCU for arranging the program. The program is so helpful that we get more professional teaching skills."
