The Ming Chuan University held the 2019 Graduation ceremony on June 16; the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) Vice Minister Roy Yuan-Rong Leu attended the ceremony and gave a speech. He congraulated all graduates to on their successful completion, encouraging them to plan their career with global perspectives.
