The Overseas Community Affairs Council（OCAC）held "2019 OCAC Training Program for Mandarin Teachers from Philippines" from May 19th to June 1st.
During the opening ceremony on May 19th, many youth teachers shared that they were so glad to have such a great arrangement in these useful training courses. The OCAC looks forward to training more and more outstanding youth Mandarin teachers from overseas through these programs, and hopes that those youth teachers will spread Mandarin and Taiwanese culture around the world after they return to their homelands. The youth teacher proclaimed "Thanks to OCAC and NTCU, we can have such useful courses and wonderful trip in Taiwan."
