Members of the Taiwan Association Philippine Youth Chapter (TAPYC) visited the restaurant operator Vikings Group on March 25. TAPYC President Simpson Lin described Vikings as the Wang Steak of the Philippines. The visit gave participants a chance to learn about the operations of Vikings and other well-known chain buffets and see just how the group has been able to capture the stomachs of Filipinos.
President Lin said that NIU, established in BGC SM Aura mall in 2011, is the sixth restaurant brand Vikings has established and strives to provide the people with a higher-level gastronomic experience. The chefs at NIU have all previously worked at Michelin-starred restaurants around the world and use the skills and experience they have accumulated to serve the people of the Philippines gourmet feasts.
TAPYC was founded in 2011 and, after seven years of inheritance and operation, is now attracting more and more members. Young people with a desire to success are invited to go to the Philippines to develop their business careers.
