2016 E-Stores and Internet Marketing Training Course hosted by Overseas Community Affairs Council, and organized by the National Association of Small& Medium Enterprises. The opening ceremony was held on June 27 at the auditorium of Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei. Deputy Director- General of OCAC's Department of Overseas Compatriot Business Li-Ying Lai, along with the NASME's Chief Operating Officer Cheng-Fu Chao, co-chaired the opening ceremony, joined by 54 trainees from 18 countries.
Lai extended a warm reception to the trainees. She noted that the course features a strong lineup of veteran instructors from the industry and academia, who would share their successes in internet marketing schemes, and their management experience with the trainees to help them launch a strong online business. The trainees also visited prominent online marketers and firms in Taiwan to promote greater exchange and possible partnerships. She encouraged trainees to put what they learn to practice, expand their business horizons, and brave new frontiers.
