The opening ceremony for the OCAC 2015 Baking Business Training Course was held on March 24 and was conducted by OCAC Chief Secretary Liang-min Chang.The course has 52 trainees from 35 countries and regions.
OCAC Chief Secretary Chang said that,the course does not arrange backers and scholars to teach baking skills and product management,but also includes a guided visit to the 2015 Taipei International Bakery Show and famous baking companies.The aim of this course is to give trainees a better understanding of Taiwan's baking industry with the hope that,after they return to residences,they will use what they have learned in their career development or in social life,and will continue to maintain contact with Taiwan's baking industry to promote exchange and cooperation.
