(7) Hiring and dispatch of manpower.
(8) Gender Mainstreaming.
(9) Other related affairs.
2. Welfare Assessment Section
(1) Matters regarding employee assessment, performance, rewards and penalties.
(2) Matters regarding retirement, severance, pensions, and personnel care.
(3) Employee training and education.
(4) Employee benefit and insurance.
(5) Employee attendance management.
(6) Rallies, cultural and recreational events.
(7) Technicians and other personnel management.
(8) Sexual harassment and employee assistance.
(9) Other welfare affair.
