In September of 2012, after the restructuring of the OCAC, the Information Management Office was separated from the Secretariat Office, which was established to provide administrative support to the organization.

The Secretariat office is responsible for duties regarding maintaining stamps, documents, and files, handling financial affairs and procurement, serving as the legislative liaison, and overseeing all remaining matters not covered by other offices or departments.
