In September of 2012, after the restructuring of OCAC, the Information Management Office was separated from the Secretariat Office, which was established to provide supportive help to the organization.

The Secretariat office is responsible for duties regarding maintaining stamps, documents, and files management, financial affairs and procurement, serving as congressional liaison, and overseeing all remaining matters not covered by other offices or departments.
