In a bid to further the understanding of Taiwan's small and medium enterprises among Filipino youth, encourage greater exchange between youth entrepreneurs in Taiwan and the Philippines, so as to promote the development of small and medium enterprises run by Taiwanese entrepreneurs overseas, Dynamic Youth, Inc organized a tour of 27 delegates, led by Enrique Chua Yap, to Taiwan between June 23 and 30.
The tour's itinerary included visits to Taipei 5-in-1 Food Expo (containing Food Taipei, Foodtech & Pharmatech Taipei, Taipei Pack, Taiwan HORECA, and Halal Taiwan), Galaxy Software Service Corporation, TCI Co., Ltd, cacaFLY.com, Pacific Cycles Inc., and Kuo Yuan Ye Foods Co., Ltd. The CEO of TXA (Tronxin Accelerator), Steve Hsu, gave a keynote speech in English on Taiwan Startup Ecosystem and TXA Accelerator Program.
Members were highly engaged throughout the tour, peppering the representatives of the enterprises they visited with questions, and enjoying a wonderfully constructive time. Dynamic Youth Inc. delegation leader, Mr. Yap, thanked OCAC and the National Association of Small and Medium Enterprises for making the tours to Taiwan's noted companies possible, which significantly enhanced members' understanding of the operation and business tenets of Taiwan's small and medium enterprises.
